Now, when finding a good recipe for vegetable soup becomes a pain. Just remember, you can always stick with the basics. With that in mind, this recipe is a basic throw together and is very delicious and easy to make. Also, you can add or subtract anything you like or don’t like. But, the basic flavor is still going to be there.
This recipe is the old fashion way to do it, it was just passed down and it is still enjoyed today. But give this recipe a try and enjoy. Now, let’s get to cooking!

What you are going to need:

 1 (32 oz) Vegetable stock 1½ lb Beef Stew Meat 32 ounce package frozen Mixed Vegetables 2 large Potatoes (peeled) 2 sticks Celery 1 white Onion 28 ounce petite diced Tomatoes 1½ cup Water 3 cloves Garlic 1 Bay Leaf 2 teaspoons Basil Leaves 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning ½ teaspoons Salt ½ teaspoon Pepper 1 tablespoon Parsley 1 tablespoon Oregano 12 quart Stock Pot Cutting Board Knife Measuring Spoons Measuring Cups And some really cool music to listen too!As a rule, all measurements for the Vegetable soup recipe are in RED. Good delicious Vegetable Soup!

Mixing up some Vegetable soup:

First, take your stock pot and add in the 1 (32) Vegetable Stockvegetable stock and 1½ cup Waterwater. Next, you are going to want to add the 1½ lbs Beef Stew Meatmeat and start heating that. After that, go on and cut up your 2 large Potatoespotatoes, 1 White Oniononion, 3 cloves Garlicgarlic, and 2 sticks Celerycelery, then add them to the pot. Next, put all of the 2 tsp. Basil Leaves
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Parsley
1 tbsp. Oregano

into the mixture except the bay leaf.

Now, take the 32 oz package frozen Mixed Vegetablesfrozen mixed vegetables and add them to the mixture along with the 28 oz can petit diced Tomatoestomatoes. Finally, mix the soup together and add the 1 Bay Leafbay leaf to the top of the mixture put a lid on your pot and let the vegetable soup simmer for about an hour.

NOTE: If you ever used bay leaves before, make sure you remove bay leaf before serving.

  • Cutter Board
  • Knife

  • Ladle or Big Spoon
  • 1 32 oz. Vegetable Stock
  • 1½ lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 32 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 large Potatoes (peeled)
  • 2 sticks Celery
  • 1 med Onion
  • 1 28 oz. Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1½ cup Water
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 tsp Basil Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  1. First, take your stock pot and add in the vegetable stock and water. Next, you are going to want to add the meat and start heating that. After that, go on and cut up your potatoes, onion, garlic, and celery, then add them to the pot. Next, put all of the spices into the mixture except the bay leaf.

    Now, take the frozen mixed vegetables and add them to the mixture along with the tomatoes. Finally, mix the soup together and add the bay leaf to the top of the mixture put a lid on your pot and let the vegetable soup simmer for about an hour.
