What your going to need:

2 cups Shortening

3 unbeaten Eggs

6 cups Flour

3 tablespoons Sugar

1 cake Yeast

1 cup warmed Milk

4 cups ground Walnuts

1 cup Sugar

A little made coffee

Powder Sugar

Bowl

Pastry Cutter

Mixing Spoon

Rolling Pin

Sharp Knife or Pizza Cutter

Getting started on the Nut Roll:

Oven preheat times vary, whether you’re making loaves or cookies.

First, take your bowl and add 2 cups Shortening
6 cups Flour
3 tablespoons Sugar
shortening, flour, and sugar. After that, with the pastry cutter, cut  everything, until it is cut together. However, in the bowl you should have little pea size balls of dough.
Next, take your 1 cake Yeast
1 cup Milk
yeast and soften in warm milk, then add to mixture in bowl.
At the same time, drop in the 3 unbeaten Eggseggs and then mix well. Now, this is where you need to decide whether you are making loaves or cookies or both.

For loaves: Preheat oven to 350°. First, take your dough and cut it into three different parts. Next, roll each part into a big square. About ¼ in thick. Finally, take filling and put on one of the edges and roll leaving ends open. when finished rolling, pinch ends closed, so no walnuts are revealed. Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly brown.

For cookies: Preheat oven to 450°. First, take the dough and cut into 10 parts. Next, roll each part into a circle. Then, take knife or pizza cutter and cut dough into 12 wedges, as if, slicing a pie. Finally, put filling on wide edges and roll up leaving ends open. Bake for 6 minutes or until slightly brown.

The filling:

Finally, making the filling is quite easy. First, take your 4 cups Walnuts
1 cup Sugar
Little bit Coffee
walnuts and sugar and add to the bowl. Then, mix the walnut and sugar around a little, while, slowly adding coffee to it. Now, you only want it slightly moisten, so careful putting the coffee in.
