Now, when we were young grandma use to make some very wonderful desserts. With that in mind, some of these desserts were cookies or cakes. But, one thing grandma used to make was totally awesome, is pumpkin rolls. Consequently, we now have to make them ourselves, well some of us. On the other hand, our grandmothers also did something great for us, they went through all the trial and errors. As a result, we have the greatest, pumpkin rolls of all. And, this is another reason grandmas are totally awesome. In short, thank you to all the grandmothers out there, cooking would never exist without you. Also, pumpkin rolls are delicious. With that in mind, let’s get started!

What you will need:

3 Eggs

⅔ cup Solid Packed Pumpkin

1 cup Sugar

¾ cup Flour

½ teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

2 tablespoons Butter

¾ teaspoon Vanilla

8 ounces of Cream Cheese

1 cup Powdered Sugar

Nuts (optional)


Mixing bowl

10×15 Cookie sheet pan with sides

Nevertheless, we have some pumpkins.

Mixing up the pumpkin rolls:

First of all, preheat oven to 375°.

First, take your blender and mixing bowl and add 3 Eggs
⅔ cup Solid Packed Pumpkin
1 cup Sugar
eggs, pumpkin, and sugar.
Then, blend those ingredients together well. ¾ cup Flour
½ tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Next, add the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda, and mix those ingredients together well.


Now, to get started with baking, you are going to wax paper or parchment paper large enough to cover the whole pan. With that in mind, lay the paper on the pan.

Next, keeping in mind that this is only optional, spread the Nutsnuts all over the bottom of the pan.

Finally, take the pumpkin roll batter and spread evenly in the pan. Then, place in oven at 375 for 15 minutes.

Finishing and Filling:

Now, after baking remove from oven and flip over on to the dish towel and remove wax/parchment paper. Next, gently roll up in the dish towel and place in refrigerator for a half hour.

Meanwhile, in a bowl take 2 tbsp. Butter
¾ tsp. Vanilla
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
butter, vanilla, cream cheese, and powdered sugar and blend until smooth.

Finally, take your pumpkin roll out of refrigerator and spread filling all over the cake. Then, roll cake and filling, not the towel, to finish your pumpkin roll. Now, place in refrigerator for hour before serving. In any case, please share.
