Creamy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

What you are going to need for scalloped potatoes:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1 3/4 cup Milk
5 Large Potatoes
1 1/2cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup shredded Colby Cheese
1 1/2cup cubed Processed Cheese
1 tablespoon Chives
2 cloves Garlic, minced

Mixing up some Scalloped Potatoes:
First, you are going to want to slice up your potatoes. With that in mind, take your cutting board or mandolin slicer and slice your potatoes. Both ways are fine. Then set your potatoes to the side and get out your saucepan. Now in the saucepan melt your 2 tbsp. Butterbutter over medium high, watch it don’t burn.
After your butter is melted, add the 2 tbsp. Flourflour and throughly stir together. Next, add the 1¾ Milkmilk and continuously stir until it thickens. After that, add the 1½ cups cubed Processed Cheeseprocessed cheese, 1 tbsp. Chiveschives, and 2 cloves Garlicgarlic. Lastly, stir in the 5 sliced Potatoespotatoes until they are completely coated.
Cooking it up:
Finally for your scalloped potatoes recipe take the potato mixture and dump into the casserole dish. Then take the 1½ cup Cheddar Cheesecheddar cheese and 1 cup Colby CheeseColby cheese and spread evenly on top of the potato mixture. Lastly cover your casserole dish and place in the oven and cook for 40 minutes at 350℉/176.7℃. Then remove cover and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 425℉/218.3℃.

- 1½ cups Processed Cheese (cubed)
- 5 large Potatoes

- 1½ cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Colby Cheese (shredded)
