In fact, the ease of just opening a can of tomato paste or sauce didn’t exist, or instant rice. But, since we do have them we can use them, useless you want to make tomato sauce and paste.

This recipe does use the convenience of today and it taste wonderful, it is made quite often. For that reason, this recipe needs to be shared. Additionally, it isn’t that hard of a meal to make, and it takes no time at all. As a matter of fact, you will be trying to figure out what you want for a side longer than it takes to make this meal. What’s more, you can cook your sides during the last few minutes of cook time. Therefore, let’s get started.

What you are going to need:

Cook Time: 45 minutes covered/15 minutes uncovered

Oven Temp: 350°

 3 pounds Ground Beef

 4 large Green Peppers

 1 medium chopped Onion

 3 large Eggs

 1½ cooked Rice

 1(6 ounce) can Tomato Paste

 2(15 ounce) can Tomato Sauce

 1 teaspoon Pepper

 1 teaspoon Salt

 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt

 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

 ¼ teaspoon Ground Red Pepper

 Pan large enough for 8 green pepper halves

 Bowl

 Cutting Board

 Knife

 Spoon

 Foil

Mixing up the stuffed green peppers recipe:

First, preheat your over 350°.

Now, you are4 large Green Peppers going to want to start with the green peppers, by washing them and slicing them long ways down the center.
Then, clean out any and all pepper seeds, and make sure the peppers fit in the pan you are using. In fact, start cooking your rice, 5 minute rice 1½ cups uncooked Rice works to save time.

Next, with your cutting board, take your onion and chop them into small bits, but not minced. After that, in the bowl, place your hamburger, 3 lbs. Hamburger

1(5 oz.) can Tomato Paste
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 tsp. Garlic Salt
¼ tsp. Ground Red Pepper
rice, tomato paste, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, garlic salt, and ground red pepper and place into the bowl. Again, mix well.
Afterwards, take your green peppers out of the pan, and pour in the 1 (15 oz.) Tomato Saucetomato sauce and cover the bottom of the pan.

Cooking time:

Now, fill each pepper half evenly with the meat mixture from the bowl and place in the pan. Finally, place foil over top of the peppers and place in oven for 45 minutes. Then, when the 45 minutes is up, remove foil, pour 1 (15 oz.) Tomato Saucetomato sauce over all the stuffed peppers and place in oven for another 15 minutes. In the end, remove and let cool some, and enjoy.
