What you are going to need:
1 pound Ground Beef
2 (29) ounce cans Tomato Sauce
3 (15.5) ounce cans Dark Kidney Beans
2 (15) ounce cans Black Beans
3 tablespoons Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Salt and Pepper to taste
8 quart Pot

Mixing up the chili:
First, take your 8 qt. pot and add the 1 lb. Ground Beefground beef and cook until meat is brown. Then, add the ½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakesred pepper flakes and ½ tsp. Garlic Saltgarlic salt and let simmer a few minutes. Meanwhile take your cans of 2 cans Tomato Saucetomato sauce and 3 cans Dark Kidney Beans
2 cans Black Beansbeans and open all of them and mix them in with the ground beef. Stir. Then add the 3 tbsp. Chili Powderchili powder, Salt and Pepper To Tastesalt and pepper, then stir really well. Finally simmer for 45 minutes to bring out the flavor.

Other ideas for chili:
As mentioned above, other items may be added to the chili such as: 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green/red/yellow pepper, bag of frozen corn or tomatoes. Tomatoes can be: 2 fresh chopped tomatoes, 2 cans whole peeled tomatoes, or 2 cans chopped tomatoes. Also, the garlic salt can be replaced with fresh garlic, 3 crushed/minced up cloves of garlic.
